HDP SS4500 Digital Saddle Stitcher works with roll-fed or cut-sheet finishing systems to produce a wide range of saddle-stitched products. Booklets can include fully digital content, mixed digital and conventional content, or conventional content only, with self-covers or separate covers. Operating at up to 4500 books per hour, the dynamic folding unit handles any 4-page jumps, reduces blank pages, and supports dynamic perforation. HDP SS4500 supports multi-job and variable data production with minimal intervention. The stitching unit automatically adjusts to product thickness and wire length, while the three-knife trimmer adapts accordingly.
