All the operations are executed by the operator seated in front of the Semi Auto Dual Stations Case Making Machine. The operator passes the cover material into the gluing unit where it receives an even coating of hot gelatin glue.

Utilizing the footswitch, the operator controls the air suction plate to perfectly register the cover material. By the use of suction bars, the Semi Auto Dual Stations Case Making Machine automatically places the board pieces accurately onto the cover material.

After the automatic placement of the board, the cover passes into the turning-in unit automatically.

The Semi Auto Dual Stations Case Making Machine is designed with two turning units. In the first turning-in unit, 2 side-folding and 4 corner tucking-in take place automatically and the cover moves to second turning-in unit where the other 2 side folding takes place and the final case gets delivered at the rear end.

The turning-in unit is also designed for calendaring of cases. The calendaring unit removes the air-bubbles of the case before turning in.

This Semi Auto Dual Stations Case Making Machine also handles cases with a central window cut-out for photo album production. At this point, the working process is completed and the final product is delivered to the rear of the machine on an inclined delivery table.
